Welcome to John’s 80th Birthday Celebration Travel Request
John and Linda are generously paying for everyone’s travel to and from Mexico in economy. Once the tickets are issued, you may add your loyalty numbers and passport information to the record. You may also request how much an upgrade to Business Class is and I can charge you directly if you wish to proceed.
I will be selecting flights that have the shortest overall travel times and the best pricing. If you have preferences for an airline, please note in the Message box in the form and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
Please submit one entry per traveler. I will start issuing tickets in August/September and you’ll be asked to confirm the details within 24 hours of issuance to ensure accuracy.
As we draw nearer to October/November, John and Linda will be sharing activities that everyone can participate in or choose your own adventure.
