  1. Share your plans. Submit the Plan Your Trip form with your dates, destinations, and wish list.

  2. Connect on a call. A quick consultation clarifies your goals, preferences, and budget.

  3. Receive your proposal. You’ll receive a customized trip proposal and a clear planning fee quote before any work begins.

  4. Refine and confirm. Together, we refine your route, hotels, and experiences until everything feels just right — then I handle the bookings and details.

Planning Fees

Transparent pricing, no hidden surprises.

Your planning fee is based on the length of your trip and how complex the itinerary is — things like number of destinations, moving pieces, and level of support needed while you travel.​

After our consultation, you’ll receive a clear planning fee quote before any design work begins. Most clients fall into one of three trip profiles:

Short & Simple Itineraries — from $595

Ideal for trips up to 8–9 nights with straightforward logistics.

Think: a single city or resort stay, or two closely linked stops with minimal moving parts. These trips typically include:

  • One to two hotels in the same general area

  • A curated selection of experiences, restaurant suggestions, and private transfers

  • Standard in-trip support via messaging and email while you travel

This is a great fit for a first-time trip together, a chic city break, or a relaxed resort escape where the focus is on enjoying one beautiful place.

Extended Custom Journeys — from $895

Designed for trips of roughly 10–15 nights and/or up to two main destinations with moderate complexity.

Think: a week and a half in Europe split between two cities, or a longer stay that combines a city with a coastal or countryside retreat. These trips often include:

  • Multiple hotel stays across one to two regions or countries

  • Touring, activities, and transfers with more pieces to coordinate

  • Ongoing support before and during travel as plans evolve

This profile suits couples, families, and friends planning a more immersive trip with a bit more movement and variety.

Complex & Celebration Journeys — from $1,195

Best for longer, multi-stop, or high-touch trips where both duration and complexity increase.

Think: 10–21+ nights, three or more destinations, internal flights or trains, layered experiences, or milestone celebrations that warrant extra attention. These journeys typically include:

  • Multi-city or multi-country routing with several hotel changes

  • Detailed day-by-day planning and coordination with on-the-ground partners

  • Higher-touch communication and additional support while you’re traveling
