My planning fee (outlined below) allows me to give your trip the time and personalized attention it deserves. I work with a wide range of budgets, and during our complimentary call, I’ll be honest about whether your vision and investment are aligned—and how we can adjust if needed.

Custom trip planning typically begins at 595 dollars
Most land based trips are priced according to length and complexity. After our call, you will receive a clear planning fee before any design work begins. As a guide:
Trips up to about 8 to 9 nights with simpler routing usually begin around 595 dollars
Trips of roughly 10 to 15 nights or with more moving parts usually begin around 895 dollars
Longer or more complex journeys, multi stop or celebration trips, typically begin around 1,195 dollars
Your exact planning fee is confirmed in writing and reflects your trip’s scope and support needs.
Cruise planning
If you already know the ship, sailing date, and basic itinerary you want, there is no planning fee to book your cruise.
If you would like expert help comparing different cruise lines, ships, and itineraries, a 250 dollar flat planning fee applies for tailored recommendations and selection support.
If a cruise is part of a larger custom itinerary with pre or post cruise land, it is simply wrapped into your overall trip planning fee.
Planning fees are always confirmed before we begin, based on your trip’s length, complexity, and the level of service required.
